You can pre-order online anytime, just visit our Order (https://www.thriftviewbakery.com/order-online)webpage. Pre-orders are available for collection on Thursdays and Fridays from Thrift View Bakery and on Saturdays at our pop up stall located at House to Haven.

When placing your order, you can choose a preferred collection date - Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the collection details. Please wait until you’ve received this email before visiting.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for your order. You can pre-order online (https://www.thriftviewbakery.com/online-order)for collection on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us (https://www.thriftviewbakery.com/contact-us)form within 48 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours.

Do you bake gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, halal, or kosher options?

We offer vegan options. However, the bakery is not equipped to provide a gluten-free environment or other specialised requirements.

We offer a variety of artisan breads, such as White and Wholemeal Sourdough, as well as pastries like Cinnamon Buns, Blueberry Frangipane Slices, and Cranfield Buns, with some seasonal products and flavours varying.

We use only the finest ingredients to craft our baked goods. From British-farmed flour to premium butter and carefully selected seeds, every ingredient is chosen for quality and flavour.

 • Heritage wheat from Lincolnshire. 
 • Black wheat grain from Hodmedods
 • Eggs and sausage meat from Evans the Butchers, Upper Shelton
 • Butter from The Edinburgh Butter Company.

We do not use any artificial flavours or preservatives, additives, enzymes, improvers, or stabilisers and absolutely no commercial yeast.

How long will your bread and bakes stay fresh?

Sourdough bread stays fresh for up to 4 days, while other bakes are best enjoyed on the same day.
All our breads can be frozen up to approx one month.

Can I freeze your bread?

Our bread can be frozen up to approximately 6 months. We recommend slicing it before freezing.
